Lord help me to remember that nothing is going to happen to me today that you and I together cannot handle.
Dear Lord. So far today I’ve done all right;
I have not gossiped,
I have not lost my temper, lied or cheated,
I haven’t been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent,
I am very thankful for that.
But in a few minutes, Lord, I am going to get out of bed, and from that moment on I am going to need a lot more help.
